1. Geographic Coverage

Cosmic Chrono currently provides specialized shipping services exclusively within India. We focus our logistics efforts on the domestic landscape to ensure we maintain the highest level of service and speed for our local community of explorers.

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

We utilize a rigorous two-stage fulfillment process to guarantee the quality of every shipment:

  • Real-Time Monitoring: You can monitor your shipment’s journey through the link provided in your email or by logging into your Cosmic Chrono account.

4. Secure Delivery & Protection Protocol

Because we deal in high-value instruments, we have established a strict protocol for the final handover:

  • Secure Handover: For your protection, all packages require a physical signature upon delivery. We recommend that an authorized person be available at the shipping address to receive the package.
  • Address Integrity: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Cosmic Chrono cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client.
  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: If you notice that the shipping box or the security seal is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record this on the courier’s delivery sheet and notify us immediately at cosmicchronoindia@gmail.com.

5. Returns and Mandatory Video Requirement

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you must initiate a claim within 7 days of delivery. As per our Quality Assurance & Returns Protocol, a mandatory, uncut unboxing video is required to process any claim. Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
